It seemed like they were only superficially cleaned, as we noticed dust and dirt in some areas. the breakfast provided was not up to par.

The receptionist was incredibly warm and friendly, always with a big smile. We were able to check in early without any extra charge and got a great night's sleep in our quiet room on the first floor. The hotel also offers affordable bike rentals and provides helpful information on taxis and transportation. The food prices were reasonable and the breakfast was delicious. The room was spotless and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I stayed at Casablanca in Hue for a week as a solo traveler. The staff were very kind and made me feel welcomed and at home. The hotel is in a great location, with lots of local and tourist places to eat nearby. There is even a fantastic Italian restaurant that also serves Vietnamese food. The room was good, although it did feel a bit damp and the floor was sticky. The receptionist lady was very cheerful, friendly, and accommodating. The breakfast had different options and there was something to suit everyone's dietary preferences. They also arranged tours and transportation for a good price. I had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

I always come back to this hotel in Hue. It's amazing! The staff helped me find great restaurants. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, free parking, and air conditioning. Plus, they offer a laundry service and a business center. Can't wait to come back for a city break!

I had an very nice experience at a hotel in Hue. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with strong wifi. The location was perfect, with great dining options nearby. But what really stood out to me was the amazing staff. When I arrived after an accident, they were pretty good too help me. One staff member even drove me to the hospital and visited me with flowers. Their kindness and friendship meant so much to me. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing time at the hotel. the value for money was excellent, and the place was super clean. the staff, especially Thup, were incredibly friendly and helpful. I booked a trip to Bach Ma national park through the hotel and it was a fantastic experience. the park was gorgeous with rich history and great hiking opportunities. there was a unique local family making incense just around the corner, which was a cool discovery. it was a perfect stay. Cons: Nothing not to like! 🙌.
